Moulin Guihon

Dans un moulin en activité (micro-hydroélectricité) nous mettons à votre disposition l'ancien logement du meunier restauré à neuf avec exclusivement des matériaux naturels d'origine locale. Le moulin est situé dans un petit village proche de Lons le Saunier. La ligne TER Lons-le-Saunier à Lyon passe à proximité (un TER par heure en journée uniquement). L'activité du moulin est silencieuse. La propriété est bordée d'une petite rivière, non sécurisée. Vous pouvez profiter d'un grand parc arboré.

Venez découvrir une bulle de calme et de verdure, au coeur du charmant village d'Arlay, Petite Cité Comtoise de Caractère et capitale du vin de paille. Ce gîte vous permettra d'allier détente et découvertes de la région. A deux pas de la rivière, pêche, balades, visite de caves, vignoble, château... Situé idéalement sur la route des vins du Jura, près de Lons-le-Saunier, Château-Châlon, Baumes-les-Messieurs, à moins d'1 h de la région des lacs, cascades du hérisson, Dole, Arbois, Louhans...

Cosy ground floor, close to the train station & 5 minutes from the centre.

Logement tout équipé, situé au rez de chaussée, dans une petite copropriété très calme. Le stationnement est gratuit dans l'avenue. Situé au centre ville et à 3 minutes à pieds de la gare. La superficie est de 30 mètres carrés. Le logement est équipé d'internet. Il y un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge. Je fournis le linge de lit, serviettes de bain, torchons. Il y a une cafetière électrique à filtres. Venez séjourner dans mon appartement, ça sera avec plaisir que je vous accueillerait.

Un séjour authentique et paisible au bord d’une jolie mare. Venez profiter d'un moment de détente dans ce chalet contemporain en bois, situé dans un cadre verdoyant au bord d'une mare naturelle. C’est un lieu calme, idéal pour se ressourcer en observant les libellules, les papillons, les grenouilles et de nombreux autres animaux, depuis la terrasse. Les vaches paissent dans les prés alentours. Il n'y a pas de moustiques, les grenouilles et les pipistrelles en font leur affaire !

Nice apartment 15 minutes walk to the city center of Lons-le-Saunier and in the town of Montmorot so you are in the countryside in town! You are at the foot of the Montciel Forest. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, large bathroom and living room with equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa bed. You will have an exterior for yourself. The apartment is on the ground floor of our home, and we will be happy to host you.

We are a region surrounded by lakes, mountains and vineyards for around 25 km. We are famous for our cheese and wine that you can taste and many other activities are available. Documentation will be at your disposal

Situé à 10 minute de Lons- le-saunier et à 30 minute des lacs du Jura ce logement est l’endroit idéal pour passer de bonne vacances avec sa piscine prive de 10 mètres par 5 mètres ouverte de juin à septembre (partagé uniquement avec nous) Habitant en lotissement, la piscine est ouverte de 9h à 12h et de 14h jusqu’à 20 h afin de respecter le voisinage.
