Located close to the center of the village, on a plot of more than 2000 m2, fenced and wooded, the 140 m2 villa is composed as follows: On the ground floor: beautiful living room with fireplace, beautiful fully-equipped modern kitchen with access to the covered terrace, a separate toilet, and a beautiful master suite (160/200 bed, child's extra bed) with private shower room, overlooking the pool and garden. Very close to the Sainte Croix lake, Le Chardon is located in the small village of Baudinard sur Verdon, 5 minutes from the lake. The flat is very comfortable for 1 to 6 people with 160cm beds. It offers a fantastic view over the valley, much appreciated by all our guests. WiFi is available free of charge. There are two tennis courts and a children's park 3 minutes away.
