Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Thanks to its proximity to the motorway (5 km), you can quickly reach Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre for wonderful winery tours, as well as Nevers. Ideal for family gatherings, you can enjoy the swimming pool (not heated), beautiful walks in the forest and a sports field. The house is in the heart of the village. Loud groups or parties are strictly prohibited.
