Holiday rentals with breakfast in Montignoso

we stayed at Chiara's place for a day and it was just amazing . This was the real Airbnb concept what they started initially. we felt like we are in our own house. breakfast was also good which was given to us complimentary . walking distance from Pisa Central station and airport in a posh residential place. had an amazing backyard to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. everything was better than what you could think of any Airbnb. Highly recommended.

It was just great at Massimiliano's! A warm, always accessible host. Even at 5.45 in the morning on the day of departure, he prepared a delicious breakfast with smoothie and crostini and drove me to the train station! I was allowed to use one of the bikes for 4 days, which is worth its weight in gold to me! The room I had is bright and airy with its own balcony. In front of the house you can sit wonderfully, Massimiliano served breakfast there. You can use the well-equipped kitchen. Great. Pine forest and beach Maurizio (you have to go there, 》Stefano and Claudia are really nice and warm and the beach is not too expensive) are close, and the bar 4/20 Electricafé, also a highlight. Cool people, great music, delicious burgers. If you like Syrian food, you should definitely go to Dal Siriano. SO, I was completely happy & satisfied with Massimiliano and Alessandra - but unfortunately I didn't meet them in person. I would love to come back to Viareggio and to Massimiliano!

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

The place is BEAUTIFUL and the accommodation is as beautiful as in the photos and well cared for in detail and cleanliness; highly recommended, excellent value for money👍 ATTENTION, in addition to there being no Wi-Fi as specified in the listing, THERE IS NO PHONE SIGNAL in the room and throughout the town. You can access the Wi-Fi connection of Francesco's house in the village, but you have to go there, the connection does not reach the room, so if you have to work remotely, be available or have things to do that require connection while you are traveling, it is not convenient. Apart from this magical place for those who love romance and nature, the B&B has beautiful people and great hospitality! 🏆😜 Highly recommended 👍🏆🏆🏆

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended us very good restaurants and even booked them for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher and even a pharmacy! All within a 3/4-minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

Agnese was exceptionally kind, always responsive by message, she was able to give us advice and support us during our 3 days there. The accommodation is great, quiet, perfect for disconnecting from the world for a few days with a splendid view of La Spezia. We recommend 100%.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent (about a 10-minute walk to the train station), which made it really easy for us to visit Cinque Terre, our main goal for the trip. The host, Pina, was extremely helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Anna has a lovely place located close to the central street & close enough to the train station. The patio has a beautiful view of the water & colourful houses. Great spot for a morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the night. The place is spacious. Anna provides step by step photos to get you to her location which were very helpful. Highly recommend this spot & host if you are travelling to Cinque Terre!

Very nice and helpful owners, they helped organize a trip to Cinque Terre. Just around the corner there is a bus stop, buses run twice an hour, it takes about half an hour to get to La Spezia train station by bus. A pleasant and clean apartment, with a table and chairs outside. It is located on a busy street, but you can survive :)

It's a beautiful area and I would recommend this place highly to anyone! The bikes are old and the brakes kept seizing, so plan on renting some if you want to do more than just a little riding.

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Eremo was wonderful! Yes, there are many steps to get up to the house, but it is very worth it for the beautiful views when you get there! Marco was very friendly and welcoming — he went above and beyond to tell us all about the town and area, gave us recommendations for things to do, and was always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice place, though it’s a bit of a downside that the bedroom isn’t directly connected to the bathroom; you have to walk through a shared hallway to get there. The host is very nice.

Really enjoyed staying at Giuliana's place. It was walking distance to the square and close to the harbor where you could hop on a ferry to visit neighboring islands and villages. There were lots of restaurants to choose from within the Lerici. Giulian was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved that she provided a light breakfast, coffee and juice in the morning. The wifi was also strong so I could do some work while I was staying at her place. I highly recommend Giuliana's place.

The apartment had an amazing location because it was 2 minutes walk from the tower of Pisa. The Airbnb felt homely and comfortable. We slept really well each night. There was a stunning view over the mountains from the balcony, that I spend half an hour each morning enjoying. I really enjoyed spending time with the 2 dogs (Schnauzers) that live with Cristina, who are very friendly. I hope I can stay again next time I visit Pisa!

La Forestaria is truly an amazing! Not only is it beautiful and peaceful but we had so much fun there! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone! It was a very quick drive to Lucca and near anything you may need! If you’re staying here I would also recommend trying to join one of the cooking class hosted at the location! We had an amazing time and I truly hope we come back one day!
