Enjoy a morning cup of joe while listening to the sounds of music-birds in this treehouse like setting. After a long day on the lake enjoy a nice soak interior jacuzzi tub big enough for two! Great winter getaway too!

We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. Find peace and restoration in this beautiful barn loft at Perkins' Good Earth Farm. The loft has a bedroom, separate shower and toilet spaces, work area, sitting room, kitchen space, and heating/cooling fresh air system. Located above our farm store, the loft provides privacy for you while giving you access to fresh fruits & veggies, locally sourced meats, homemade soups & salads from our farm kitchen, and so much more. You can also walk our farm trails, visit the veggies, or enjoy a campfire.

Charlesworth Cottage

Relax with the family at this peaceful little cottage hidden away but close to many amenities. It’s 10 minutes from Indiana Beach, 30 minutes from Purdue University, and just a short walk to the Madam Carroll and Sportsman restaurant. It has a friendly neighborhood and includes a dock walking distance from the home. The kids can swim in shallow areas of the dock. Stay in a one-of-a-kind historic gem just 4 miles from Purdue, located on the edge of town with easy access to shops and dining. Unique tranquil get away. Built in 1931 is a very authentic rustic cabin , full of love and gives you a feeling of what it would be like to live in 1931 yet a few luxuries for todays world. The cabin is small & cozy, queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofa bed , 2 small futons in loft that would sleep 2 kids. Sleep 6 if 2 of guest were kids or young teens . Close by Madam Carroll ,Indiana Beach, Summer Beach House beach & Tall Timbers. 27 miles to Purdue !

3bedroom 1bath living room along w dining room full kitchen and laundry room. 65 ft of water frontage with dock. there is a gas grill along w fire pit on deck with lots of seating. We also have a tiki bar. THIS IS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY. We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.
