8 minutes from the beaches, breathtaking 360° view of the sea and the mountains, Cap Corse and the lake. 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is near the swimming pool (7x11m). A magical and quiet site on 4000 m2 with trees and flowers and spectacular rocks. An authentic and shady threshing floor overlooking the sea, ideal for evening aperitifs. Private parking 3 cars. Note: the 2 lower floors, with separate access and private land, are on the other side of the hill and are not part of the rental.

Modern villa, comfortable, beautiful decoration, enjoying a beautiful sea view and village, with heated pool 8x4. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July August. The house enjoys several terrace areas that will allow you to have lunch in the sun or shade depending on the sunshine and the seasons. Very nice location, only a 5-minute walk from the village of Monticello, its square and its summer life. A place to spend your holidays with family or friends.
