Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monti d'Arena-Bosco Caggione

A wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. The main bedroom is on the street so is quite loud at night and in the early morning, but the location is amazing for exploring. The staircase is tight and steep, but no problem for us. A lovely, well furnished, shaded deck upstairs. We were getting multiple messages a day from the lady who checked us in. About putting out garbage etc. Maybe all this info in one message would be better than constant messaging. But other than that we really had a wonderful stay.

My husband, my husband, and my daughters stayed at Giuseppe's property for about ten days! The house is wonderful, clean, adequate spaces, great sea view, full of very nice and beautiful objects!!! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and equipped with every tool (e.g. hairdryer, coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc.)! The rooms are also very clean and with soft sheets!! The terrace is wonderful! Spacious, sea view, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, water access and linen rack! Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Giovanni's place. The estate is beautiful and superbly maintained. We were able to taste the good homemade pastries at breakfast. Very good location, central location for excursions. We would highly recommend it.

Just what we were looking for.

The place was so unique and pleasant, with an amazing 2-level rooftop with an incredible 360 view. Perfect for sunsets, morning coffee or aperitivo. The location was ideal in the old town, just a few steps from just about everything. Michele was so helpful and caring that when he found out our car rental plans were abruptly cancelled, he went out of his way to pick us up late from the bus station. Without him, I’m not sure how we would have made it since there are no taxis around that bus stop. I would highly recommend this unbeatable place without any hesitation.

Graziella's apartment has an exceptional location, in the heart of Ostuni. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the olive groves and the Adriatic, incredible. To reach the apartment, you will still have to go up, a limited traffic zone, but it's worth it! The layout of the accommodation is original as it is a very old building, but everything is there. And the vaulted stone ceilings are full of charm. Finally, Graziella was a responsive and considerate host, which made our stay easier. Thanks again

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

We had a great time staying at the place. The house is secluded and quiet in the middle of olive groves and offers a lot of privacy. You are dependent on a car. The house had a few "teething problems" during our time, but most of them were fixed directly by the landlords. The landlords were very easy to reach & acted quickly. House is very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking, the pool and the pizza oven very much :) only curtains/blackouts in the bedroom we would have liked. The surroundings are beautiful and offer many excursion possibilities!

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic old building! We felt like locals! It’s just on the edge of the old town with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. All the wonderful bars and restaurants are so close. There is everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine! The bed is huge and it’s one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The veranda was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Francesco was very friendly and helpful as a host. The perfect place to explore this part of Puglia!

Excellent stay! The place is spacious, clean, perfect location and a great host 👍🏽 We were within walking distance to everything we wanted and the host was very responsive and welcoming. He even left us breakfast supplies which was lovely, and he sent us a list of local delicacies and places to get them from. Highly recommend Jkor’s place.

The house is absolutely pleasant, well located and there is everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. It is not far from the historic centre of Lecce and easily accessible. The homeowner really helped us with an inconvenience that occurred on the morning of our departure. Thank you!

Outstanding place to stay in a safe, peaceful, and inspiring area in the heart of Brindisi. Carmelo’s sense of modern design and quality taste comes out throughout the entire condo. I love the black accents, clean and functional kitchen, and comfortable bed. Wish we could have stayed longer and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to be in the area and interact with a kind, and very responsive host. I was visiting from America and hope to be back someday and most certainly will stay here again.

My wife and I just had an absolutely delightful 1-night stay in this ground floor apartment in the Old Town. Alberto was welcoming & helpful and assisted us with access remotely which was very straightforward. The apartment is very smart & immaculately clean. It’s in a really quiet area of the Old Town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we didn’t need to use any air-conditioning in mid-May. The walk-in shower was a delight. There’s just enough kitchen cooking equipment & cutlery for a couple. Parking is outside the Old Town; we found a car park within 3-mins walk to the apartment. Alberto’s tip to download the EasyPark app was absolutely great; it was so easy to pay for the cheap parking and also start a new session the next day from our apartment. There’s a washing machine (washer-dryer) in the apartment which is chargeable at an additional €5. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay.

Mr. Ezio's apartment made our holidays unforgettable! It is located in a strategic area between the shopping street, the historic centre and the beaches, and has a reserved parking space in the condominium garage (a real plus in the area). Internally, the accommodation is very well organised, hospitable, with a large terrace and facing the sea. The house is well-kept and clean, with large windows and windows that allow for excellent air exchange and ventilation. Communication with the host is clear, punctual and timely. We thank Ezio and highly recommend staying in his apartment!

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, it is beautiful, huge, the rooms are huge, it has its own bathrooms, and the contact to get there without problems. The area is super quiet and everything was close. Highly recommended.
