Le jacuzzi, sur la terrasse couverte, est chauffé toute l'année et n'est que pour vous. les commerces les plus proches (boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie) sont à 4km à THENAY et tous les autres commerces à 7km à CONTRES. Meublé de tourisme non adapté pour l'accueil des personnes en situation de handicap. PAS DE CLIM mais 2 ventilateurs.

Le Vieux Pressoir

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

Welcome to Moulin de la Motte Baudoin ! This former windmill from the late 19th century is perched on its rocky promontory and will surprise you with its stunning view of the valley as well as the Château de Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher. The mill is spread over 3 levels and a mezzanine. On the ground floor, you have a small kitchen equipped with a wood stove, on the 1st, the bathroom takes place, on the second, the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and finally a mezzanine under attic.

Ideally located between Beauval and Chenonceau on more than 2 hectares, we offer our comfortable cottage for 4 people adjoining our home. It consists of: a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed 2 beds, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with 160 bed. (possibility of baby bed). Pretty terrace at your disposal. Check-in 5:00 p.m. check-out before 10:00 a.m.

Situé dans un hameau calme, le gîte est à 20 minutes du zoo et proche de Montrichard. Au centre des châteaux et d'autres très beaux sites. Nous ne manquons pas de donner des idées supplémentaires de visites. A compter de septembre 2024, nous demandons un supplément de 7€/jour pour les voyageurs en voiture électrique. (à régler au moment du sejour) Merci de nous donner cette précision lors de la réservation (linge de lit et de bain non fournis)

There is a private heated pool from May 1 to October 15 (4x3 x1.40), no one overlooks the cottage and disturbs its tranquility............
