The zoo is 20 minutes away, the castles: Cheverny 20 minutes, Chaumont/Loire 20 minutes, Chenonceau 25 minutes, Blois 30 minutes, Amboise 35 minutes, Chambord 40 minutes.

Live an unique experience in a 19th century autentic lock house. Discover the beauties of this great region of France. Take a walk or a bike ride, in front of the house, by the river. Ride all the way down to the chateau de Chenonceau. This confortable house has a large garden, surrounded by nature and a breathtaking view on the Cher river. It was used by the guardians of the weir and lock. The most beautiful chateaux, villages, vineyards of the Loire Valley and the Beauval zoo are minutes away.

Idéalement située pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire, faire du sport et bien sûr, se rendre au zoo de Beauval (16km), nous vous invitons à venir profiter de notre accueillante maisonnette. Nous l’avons nous-mêmes rénovée pour en faire un lieu de séjour confortable, propice à la détente, et aux activités. Entourée d'un parc de deux hectares avec terrasse et aire de jeux pour enfants, la propriété donne un accès direct aux vignes et forêts environnantes pour vos balades ou sorties sportives.

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

Possibility to store your bikes (castle route by bike). An electric charging station is available for your car: €10 package per charge. Beds made, towels provided, cleaning fee €40.

Charming cottage in a unique, quiet location

The Gîte de la Cure is a charming little cottage that can accommodate 2 people. It is located in the heart of the Loire castles (Château de Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire, Amboise, Blois, Montpoupon...) and 23 km from Beauval zoo. It is located in the village of Pontlevoy with bakery open from 6:30 am except Wednesdays and a Carrefour Contact ( 8am/8pm except Sunday 9am/1pm) nearby. It is a well-equipped cottage on the guest plot with a small private garden.

In the town of Cheverny, in the heart of the most beautiful castles of the Loire, this former wine press, completely rebuilt, welcomes you in peace and quiet, in the greatest comfort. A private house, without cohabitation, parking and private garden. Large living room open to the kitchen, and two double bedrooms, with their bathroom. Air conditioning for periods of great heat, and wood stove for cold winters. A contemporary and classic look that inspires serenity.

This chic and design home is located in the historic center of Amboise. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the Château Royal, it is part of a 16th century residence with a French garden. Restaurants and shops 20 m walk. The ideal location, with the private parking space is right in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is downstairs. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.

4-person gîte 15 minutes from Beauval and Chenonceau

Ideally located between Beauval and Chenonceau on more than 2 hectares, we offer our comfortable cottage for 4 people adjoining our home. It consists of: a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed 2 beds, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with 160 bed. (possibility of baby bed). Pretty terrace at your disposal. Check-in 5:00 p.m. check-out before 10:00 a.m.

In the center of castles and other beautiful sites. We don't fail to give additional ideas for visits. From September 2024, we ask for an extra €7/day for guests with an electric car. The residence of les Caves Archées is situated in the village of Bourré within close proximity of Montrichard in the Cher Valley. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
