The outdoor patio, overlooking the lush woods, is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Dogs allowed. Ask the hostess for a one night minimum on certain dates!

This cozy tiny guesthouse is comfortable, peaceful and centrally-located less than 15 minutes from Virginia Tech and Radford University. Family friendly basement guesthouse in lovely neighborhood close to Virginia tech. Private entrance. Open floor plan with two queen bedroom areas and a sectional that could sleep two more in a large movie room. Patio with grill and fire pit and incredible view. Great neighborhood with walking trails. Friendly dog and cats on site so people with pet allergies be warned. Pets welcome with negotiation. Also ride available to vt football games with negotiation.
