Apartment for 2 people with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Located on the hillside of the Montgó Natural Park in a privileged environment, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet, between Denia and Javea in the "Los Lagos" Urbanization that has a community pool, gardens and a small lake to which the community gives its name, very close to the traditional village of Jesús Pobre. There are numerous trekking, hiking and cycling routes that will bring you closer to the wonderful coves and beaches of the Marina Alta.

Very private house in a quiet area at the foot of Montgó with a 13.5x4.5 meter pool and Jacuzzi. Sunny all day with a south-facing orientation. A 2-minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket, cafeteria and restaurants. A 3-minute drive to the Golf Course. It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The living room and two of the bedrooms have access to the porch overlooking the pool and landscape. The whole house has air conditioning and heating.

It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.
