Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The Little Redwood House

Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside at the edge of the forest in a small very quiet hamlet. Possibility to walk in the forest without taking a car. Various board games are available as well as many books and documents about the area. Bicycles are available free of charge upon prior request. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast at an additional cost, to be specified at the time of booking.

Elegant, central and trendy, the apartment is completely refurbished. You will benefit from the modernity linked to the refinement of the premises. In the heart of the city center, at the foot of the medieval city and its main tourist sites, you can visit everything on foot, enjoy the restaurants and shops located at the foot of the building. You can park your vehicle in a free parking lot located 100 meters from the accommodation.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Our accommodations are highly comfortable, unusual, eco-friendly wooden and glass buildings nestled in a green setting in Aube, at the gates of Champagne. They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

In the heart of the Champagne region, you are warmly welcomed in an authentic, well-maintained 250-year-old house. During your visit, you can relax in the large garden, swim in the Seine 100 meters away, fish or canoe and make a fire or barbecue in the evening. You can walk between the champagne vines, cycle or take a day trip to Troyes, Provins and Paris.
