Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

It is 1050 m above sea level and is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to Lake Serre Ponçon (10 min) and ski resorts including those of Réallon (20 min), Ancelle, Les Orres. Large choices of hiking and bike tours, various water sports, swimming at Lake Serre-Ponçon and high altitude lakes.
