We loved this peaceful haven, the pool and the jacuzzi are a real plus despite the proximity to the sea, we will come back to one of the other cottages in the estate with the family, that's for sure!

Axel’s place was in a great location for people looking to be within walking distance of great restaurants and nice shops and bakeries. It had a good amount of space for a family. He was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Although there is no designated parking, we were able to find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

The host is very nice and responsive; excellent communication. Check-in was easy and the instructions were very clear.

Thanks to Arthur for his availability and the cleanliness of his apartment. The residence is quiet. The apartment is located in front of the start of the Marathon des Courants de Liberté, which is ideal.

Only a short walk into the town centre and very close to the ferry port.

We were a family of 4 who stayed there in connection with seeing the history of D-Day. The home is nice, clean and very new. There is a really nice balcony with evening sun. There is necessary equipment in the kitchen and no more than that. The home is within walking distance of the city and it is an advantage with private and free parking. We are very satisfied.

This accommodation is very well located in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. It is ideally placed to visit the landing beaches. The cleanliness was spotless and the parking space is a real advantage. I would definitely recommend this listing for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Jean-Romain, was usually available, and responds quickly. He was very friendly and helpful.There are new appliances, toaster, microwave, kettle, cartridge coffee maker. Exceptionally clean. The linens provided were fresh & sealed. Mattress for a second person is stored under the other. It is easy to pull out and has spring-loaded legs that allow you to elevate it. Wi-fi was fast.. The entry to the building and underground parking is very secure, and Jean-Romain provided very clear written instructions. If you are from the US or Canada, you may find the access and parking a little tighter than what you may be used to. We were driving a Renault Captur SUV but if you have something bigger, you will have to park carefully. The location is excellent for access to the D-Day beaches, especially Juno, Gold and Sword and down to the city centre, and Caen Castle. The city tramway and buses are close. There are small supermarkets like Carrefour, a bakery, a patisserie, and a pharmacy nearby.

Great place. Very clean. In a good location with a convenience store very close by. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Madalen was very friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

Very nice stay in Caen. Accommodation as described, clean and well located, quiet apartment. Easy and quick access to the university and the university hospital, responsive and efficient host. I recommend it!

The high school was on the sidewalk opposite and access to the center of Caen was very within walking distance.

Very nice accommodation, in a cosy residence. Very good location, shops within walking distance. Very clean, comfortable bedding, very well equipped. Quiet, modern residence, beautifully maintained green space, original with its small shared vegetable garden, private access to the park, gym. Unbeatable value for money, we will return with great pleasure. We felt right at home. Thank you to Nathalie and her partner.

Bertrand is a perfect host. Spoke very good English and was knowledgable about the surrounding area. Walking with the goats and a supply of fresh eggs is an addded bonus.

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

I am very satisfied with this weekend at the mobile home of Jean Marie. Bonil liked it but it is Normandy camping with a covered pool excellent for relaxing in rainy weather. The mobile home is comfortable as well as the bedding. I recommend the mobile home and the campsite well located close to the beach and the centre of Ouistreham

We had a great time at Virginie's place. We received a warm welcome and the house is a real place of rest and serenity. The kids loved the garden, the animals… the decor is neat! Virginie is available and attentive, we will be back …

We had a lovely stay. There were 5 of us and the house is very convenient and pleasant. The amenities are of very good quality. Special mention for the bed mattress because I have a very fragile back and it had been a long time since I slept so well! Paul Edouard is very responsive and gives good advice on the surroundings. What a joy to park your car and go quietly to the beach on foot from the accommodation. The village is very nice. In short, I recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful accommodations. Felt very safe, and convenient location, as only a few minutes from stores in Bayeux and convenient to visiting Normandy sites.
