Monthly Rentals in Montezuma County

Great stay and fantastic host! We made a last minute, morning-of reservation due to travel changes and Cole was there to accommodate. Very proactive in communication. The house is easy to get to and very close to Cortez and its amenities, as well as easy access to the highways while still in a nice quiet area. Appreciated the closed gate/fence for my dog to go off leash. The unit was very clean and well laid out. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. Very comfortable and a fantastic deal. Gave tons of great recommendations for local activities. I’ll definitely come back again if I’m in the area and in need of space like this.

I’m doing a big cross country move so booking well in advance isn’t exactly ideal for my situation. As soon as I knew I was going to be in the area I was able to book with Karly and Tom quickly! We had privacy and exactly what we needed for the time being. It is also located on a beautiful and spacious property! Karly was very friendly and communicative which made everything that much easier! Will definitely book again if in the area ☺️

Great location! So close to Mesa Verde and Canyon of the Ancients. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well equipped, very comfortable, perfect place for my husband and I for a few nights.
