Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montezuma

I highly recommend staying here if you are staying in Santa Teresa! I am a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay for a month here. The Airbnb is technically in Carmen Beach, which is a bit further than Santa Teresa beach but still walkable. Walk to the beach, supermarket, local restaurants, coffee shops, ATV rentals, and yoga studios. There is a steep incline to the Airbnb, which may be a challenge if you have health issues The view is INCREDIBLE and the garden makes it so peaceful, with a cozy hammock and outdoor couch to relax. The kitchen is outside too, and conveniently has a stove / oven, French press, cooking supplies, everything you need. I was worried there may be issues with bugs but that was not a problem. You need to get your own drinking water which is a bit annoying but the supermarket is extremely close by! The space inside is large and great for a solo traveler or a couple.

Jeffe’s place is in an amazing spot in Santa Teresa. Easily walkable to all the best restaurants and beach bars. She gave us great recommendations and the place was great! The outside area was our favorite part!

We had such a lovely time staying at Casa De Celeste. The property was absolutely gorgeous and in close proximity to town and adventures. It was the perfect getaway before our wedding. The caretaker Vincente was so kind and very helpful. He truly made the place feel like home. We will return and are looking forward to that day. I highly recommend this property.

Suggestion for tenants: the car really has to be 4X4!! The place is beautiful, I can't explain how beautiful it is... but the entrance and exit is extremely difficult if you don't have a 4X4, and if you use the transport or "taxis" that are here in Santa Teresa, the foreigners charge you up to 16,000 colones ($31.50) for a 2-minute round trip, in my opinion the transport is very expensive haha. But in general it's a beautiful place! We will definitely return in summer to enjoy the area and the house more. Thanks Alvaro, always for your kindness and attention, you were the best Host,🙂‍↕️🥹 the truth is we had a very good experience, we saw monkeys, we enjoyed the pool, even taking a shower with the forest in view was refreshing! We love it!

Absolutely gorgeous place. A little bit longer of a drive from the closest airport than I initially expected but it was worth every second and I would do it again asap if I can! So beautiful, calm, private, very quiet. Me and my wife had the best honeymoon we could have asked for. Property manager judit was amazing, so kind and responsive and always helping/giving suggestions/making sure we had everything we need. So many good coffee shops, restaurants, and activities around, but also the house is so amazing sometimes we did not even want to leave! Highly highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay so much that I rebooked for two extra nights! This place is not only cozy and private, but also thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The attention to detail makes it feel like a true home away from home. The host is fantastic—responsive, kind, and communicates clearly throughout. A truly peaceful and well-run spot that I’d happily return to again and again.

There were six of us at Felicitas's house and we had a wonderful time. The pool is amazing and was especially loved by our kids. The house is the last house in front of the entrance to the national park. We have seen many animals from the garden - including red macaws, howler monkeys, scorpions, and the toads in the pond. On the terraces we could eat very well and sit in the evening. A car is recommended as we did not see any buses there.

This house is an absolute gem 💎 Incredible quiet location. You are surrounded by nature and incredible trees. It felt like we were living with the monkeys. The architecture of the house is very modern. Very well equipped. We made good use of the binoculars to spot the monkeys, toucans iguanas and birds in the morning. The pool and its surroundings are stunning.. personally my favourite thing about the house. And so many pretty flowers everywhere! We were all very sad to leave but will definitely come back next year! Thank you for everything.

The house is very pretty and there is a very good vibe there. You can’t see it through the pictures but the living room is open so you can hear everything that’s going on outside. The location is Amazing (in the center).

The location of this place was absolutely perfect!! Walking distance to the beach and several great restaurants. The yoga classes were amazing and there was even a DJ one night. The pool was great also. The place was clean, and patio was nice to sit on. We did experience ants in the bathroom one night, but once we got rid of them they didn’t come back. Overall great and very accommodating.

Superb accommodation! It was a very pleasant surprise! The apartment is clean and has everything. The bed is comfortable and very large. The swimming pool in the heart of the vegetation is very pleasant! The apartment is 7 minutes from the magnificent Hermosa beach. The host is very responsive and accommodating! We’ll come back !

I had a fantastic experience at Trebolmar! Even though I only stayed for a week, I easily could have stayed for longer. Luis was so helpful with recommendations and all my questions, and even helped me arrange dinner on my birthday while I was there (greatly appreciated!). The location is perfect — less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, lots of restaurants, coffee, etc. I would definitely stay again!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The location was perfect, walkable to everything including good restaurants, cute shops, and directly across from beach access. The space was clean and everything my husband and I needed. Marianne gave so many great recommendations and was extremely helpful and responsive. Truly couldn't have had a better experience!

Sharon is a fantastic host and the place is the perfect location central to many restaurants and activities in Santa Teresa. The apartment and the property is kept clean. Sharon even helped facilitate the ATV drop off and a laundry request. I stayed for 7 days and would absolutely consider staying here again on a future visit to Santa Teresa. The accommodation is very nice and well located. Marisa is amazing! She even added furniture before we arrived to accommodate us so we can have 4 meals around a table outside as well as inside. Super well decorated. Vegetation makes us feel good. Very well insulated inside so as not to hear the quad bikes passing on the main street. We loved it!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a magical place in the middle of the jungle and with beautiful ocean view. The sunsets were amazing!!! The apartments are perfectly clean, the decoration is very nice. The beds are perfect. The barhrooms are spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.I highly recommend the place. Manzanillo Beach, just a three-minute drive away, is a beautiful place. We also enjoyed Santa Teresa Beach and Hermosa Beach. The hostess Luz is very kind, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed some wonderful days of vacation

Thank you for all the help this weekend. Nice location, very close to many nice places. I am fascinated by the number of animals on site, pool and furniture. In addition to this residential with a lot of security. A quiet and cute place to come as a family.

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

I could not have been happier with this stay. I am an airbnb superhost myself in a popular tourism destination so i really looked over the place closely. The location is way closer to the santa teresa strip than google maps leads you to believe, it is all of a 5 minute roll down the hill by car to everything you could need. Being up on the hill it is very quiet and far from the craziness of the beach, it was an even closer drive to montezuma where we would go hiking. Just from our porch we saw monkeys and beautiful birds. The ACs blow cold and the shower is the best shower i’ve ever used, beds were extremely comfortable and all new appliances in the kitchen, and a lovely little laundry room to clean up dirty beach and hiking clothes. As an airbnb host i can tell you Mariajo is a pro, there were many details in this apartment i will be taking home to my listing to implement. All communications with mariajo were responded to instantly. Highly recommend staying here🤙🙌👍

Enjoying the Lapas Tricolor in its natural environment, watching them fly freely. It's something that you don't get elsewhere. We really liked being able to stay in a place where there is excellent security, cleanliness and respect for the neighbors following the rules.
