A former livestock farm converted into a cottage, this place is ideal for families and groups of friends. Over the past five years, we have transformed this space into a welcoming place where life is good. The cottage, which has been completely renovated in an eco-responsible spirit, allows you to discover the principles of permaculture and, for those who practise it, to go even further.

Le Moulin Neuf is located 5 km from Fleurance , 24 km from Auch, and 16 km from Lectoure, a spa town. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the Coco cottage is a comfortable haven of peace for a stay in the countryside, allowing you to radiate in the region. The cottage is an outbuilding of an old water mill, restored in 2020, in the middle of 5ha of meadow. It is also the ideal accommodation for the famous Fleurance Astronomical Festival and for employees on the move. Dogs accepted on request.

In the heart of the Gers countryside, quiet and not overlooked, this atypical chalet is ideal for couples or families. You have a double bed in the mezzanine, a sauna, an office area, a sitting area with a daybed convertible into a double bed and a shower room with toilet. A 10 m long, above-ground pool, perfect for swimming and reassuring for young children. You can rest or have lunch in the shade of the oaks. Towels and breakfast provided.

Our stone and earth house is built on a hillside. It is covered by a green roof and its exposure to the sun is optimal. Due to its troglodyte design, the indoor temperature remains pleasant, summer and winter. If needed, a wood-burning stove will warm you up. Along the way, you will sympathize with donkeys, ponies and sheep, as you make your way to the sauna/cold bath to relax. You also have access to our large natural pool on the estate.
