This was an amazing stay in seaside. The apartment was clean and full of character. It was very welcoming, had a very at home feeling, and to make it even better it was 420 friendly. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Russell’s unit. Communication was great and we were able to check in a little early. The location was an easy walk into Carmel for cruising the galleries, etc. Russell was a great host covering all important things in his guest manuel and in person.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. This lovely studio was clean and in a quiet neighborhood, yet walkable to everything. I especially loved being near the ocean. We could hear the seals bark in the morning. Team was very responsive and easy to work with!

Great location and very spacious living area! The bedrooms were perfect, and the bathroom newly renovated. The garage and backyard had cool touches to make them usable and livable. The kitchen was modern, stacked to cook simple meals.

Ivonne and Hector were great hosts! So kind and helpful with yummy food recommendations and flexibility with my check in time. I would recommend staying here and hope to plan a trip to do so again in the future!

The listing spells everything out nicely! You know exactly what you are in for, and it's amazing! Loren, your host, is by far the most kind and caring person you could ever meet. She runs an amazing rescue and you get to be a hands on as you want! There is a beautiful indoor pool that she will heat for you if you want. The patio is also nice! The living areas were perfect! you have access to everything you could ever need! And Loryn is just a message away, if you need anything. And the location has easy access to many things to do in the surrounding towns. My husband and I spent 5 days here and are looking forward to booking here again!

The neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery stores and gas stations. It was clean and everything worked. We did not utilize the backyard at all since we were busy but it looked beautiful.
