We visited Branka and her husband for two weeks. The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description. Everything you need is there to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the place! The two are fantastic hosts. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful and nice! If we had questions, they always had an open ear for us and when the oven was not working properly, they ordered a new one directly and had it installed. Thanks for a great stay at your place!

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was in a perfect location, peaceful, beautiful, with a lovely promenade that led straight to the center of Kotor. It was a very pleasant walk that I enjoyed every day. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and we had a great chat. What made my stay even more special was the presence of their adorable cats – especially the charming Miss Serafina, who kept me company and completely stole my hearts. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could possibly need. I truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back. Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Had a lovely stay at Sunny Hill. The house was clean and cosily decorated. Sandra was a really great host and was always proactive in checking we had everything we need for a lovely stay. The views out to the mountains were great and all the best sights and supermarkets were only a few minutes away. Thanks again Sandra!

Very beautiful place. It’s even better in real life then on photos. Everything was super clean, the host was very helpful and always in touch. There is a huge yard there, and you can get to the nice restaurant right through this yard and you’re right on the beach. It’s peaceful, beautiful and absolutely worth the stay!

Perfect place to stay! It was our first trip with our 3 month old & they had a great crib and even left us a sterilizer when I asked if they had a microwave to help us with our needs. Gorgeous view & easy walk to old town. Would stay again!

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

The apartment was lovely. Location was really good. Balcony was amazing especially the view. Apartment was very well equipped. Would definitely come back. 10 minute walk into Porto Montegro. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Would recommend Big Ben restaurant. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay! Ivana is a great host, so lovely and friendly. She gave good recommendations and information about Kotor and Montenegro in general. The apartment was very nice and clean and the location was perfect!

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

As much as I try, I can't find the slightest complaint, everything went well, from communication to the conditions in the rented apartment. Facilitating instructions, all clean, kitchen functional, hot water, easy to reach, fifteen minutes from the sea, etc. I highly recommend it!

Amazing apartment perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Kotor with beautiful interior. The apartment was clean and well resourced with everything we could have asked for to ensure we had a relaxing week including items to make the apartment accessible for the children. The apartment is located walking distance from the old town, with nearby supermarkets and bakeries making it easy to grab items as needed. Radmila and her husband provided fantastic instructions to find the apartment and were always on hand to help or answer questions - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Impeccable apartment very strict instructions... nice location

This was a fantastic apartment, with stunning views. We felt right at home! It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access to the Bay of Kotor (small beach), with a beautiful promenade to walk along to reach old town. It will take around 40 minutes to leisurely walk to Kotor Old Town. There are steep hills to get to the apartment so I would recommend having a mode of transport or using the local taxis (which are great). Slobodan was a wonderful host, very responsive and great at giving local suggestions!
