Holiday rentals with a sauna in Montenegro

We felt very comfortable. The space is great, just the view from the balcony is priceless. The private sea access was worth gold as the beaches in the area were excessively crowded. We really liked Montenegro except for a few small things and we can recommend the place.

My family and I enjoyed our time in Montenegro very much. The place and the view from the pool was just amazing beautiful. Clean place very well maintained. Really thank you for everything Robert and his assistant Desa very responsive polite pleasant kind. We'll be back as soon as the opportunity arises again.

This place definitely made our vacation memorable! Very spacy apartment, AC, fans, everything we needed.... Still the best about this place is the 24/24 access to an amazing pool with an amazing view. We had private parking place, that was very important for us. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Me and my fiance stayed at Sebastian's apartment for 2 months and we absolutely loved every day of our stay. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the images and the view/balcony is incredible. Only a 10 min walk to the beach and multiple other beaches in walking distance. Having the facilities included was amazing, we must have used the spa nearly every night during our stay. Communication from Sebastian and Angela was excellent throughout our stay and they provided a lot of recommendations for things to do. Can't say enough positive things! highly recommend.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

The small guest house is right next to the host's house, but still we felt private. Dmitry and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The hospitality was absolutely top, thank you again.

The villa is special and very luxurious and wonderfully designed and has charming views of the sea eating rooms and there are all the features we want, my family and I had a beautiful time and we had a lot of fun, restaurants are close five minutes by car as well as the supermarket ,

This house is the best place we have ever stayed in Montenegro with a beautiful view, with the forest right outside the large floor to ceiling windows, which is particularly shocking but quiet.The house has perfect facilities, the host will also prepare free drinks as a welcome gift, every detail of the house is very attentive to make the guests feel at home, and we stayed very comfortably.I would definitely choose to stay at this house again if I get the chance to come back to Zabljak

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!
