Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Internamente le strutture originarie, riportate sapientemente alla luce: pavimenti in cotto e pastine, soffitti in mattoni a vista o decorati con affreschi. Il soggiorno è dotato di camino con trave in legno, cucina con antica cappa. Clare's cottage è circondata da un piccolo giardino mediterraneo attrezzato per la vita all'aria aperta.

The house is located in the city center, 200 meters from the train and bus station and a five-minute walk from the historic and pedestrian center, but at the same time offers great tranquility, thanks to its location on a private road. At your disposal is an entire attic apartment, located on the top floor, and a large garden with a swimming pool and pond. The location is also ideal for exploring the hills and villages of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
