We love the Fabrice's place. It's a beautiful apartment close to the Venice train station. It has a perfect location because it's close to good restaurants and the canal.

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

My family and I had a very good time at Ilaria's place who was very helpful and always ready to help us. If we come back, we'd love to stay at your property again. Thank you for everything.

I was super greeted! The apartment fully responded to the description and photos. Super convenient to go to the city and comfortable on the highway despite being in fact in the countryside and outside the most urbanized areas. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, please extend iron towels. In addition, the super cleanliness that distinguishes it immediately convinced me that I made the right choice. Highly recommended especially for those who want to be close to the city without having the problem of parking ( internal and super comfortable ) or traffic.

Everything was very nice. The apartment meet my expectations, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessaries. It is very nice decorated, music theme :) It a great option for two persons, you have enough space and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The host was politely, responsive and helpful :)

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Stefania's place and it was like coming home again. A nice place in a quiet area and nicely centrally located in the Veneto region. And Stefania's a great hostess. We'll be back!

Very convenient and extremely clean accommodation. On the other hand, there is a big downside for soundproofing and noisy neighbors who last late at night and starts early in the morning

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Lovely host who was always quick to respond and who gave helpful tips, whether about directions or the local water quality. We actually bridged the gap between our sold house and the new one here, and we found all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. What I enjoyed specifically was that it was very quiet, but you still had major traffic junctions, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. So nothing took more than a short drive. The whole family made us feel welcome from day one. And if you get a chance to come during Carnival and try the crostoli – take it 😉

Luisa was the absolute best host I have encountered. I had a 3+ week stay and her place allowed me to be comfortable and my belongings safe. She was extremely responsive, provided clean linens and towels, plus there was always thoughtful extra gifts along the way. Her home was perfectly located outside of the limited traffic zone, so I did not need to worry about passing by ticket cameras and very walkable to numerous restaurants and groceries. I highly recommend Luisa and her home in the Vicenza area.

Very cozy and clean apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, nothing was missing. Fabio was very helpful in meeting us, giving us the opportunity to check in early.
