It is nestled in the heart of Montegrosso D' Asti, one of Piedmonts most enchanting hilly landscapes, renowned for it's gentle hills and beautiful vineyards protected by Unesco, The homes interior is inviting, tastefully done, with an openness and lightness that invites you to immerse yourself amongst the vineyards. The home features an 8x4.5 mt infinity pool overlooking the hills, with all the amenities for outdoor & indoor cooking, entertainment and pure pleasure.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The house is located in the city center, 200 meters from the train and bus station and a five-minute walk from the historic and pedestrian center, but at the same time offers great tranquility, thanks to its location on a private road. At your disposal is an entire attic apartment, located on the top floor, and a large garden with a swimming pool and pond. The location is also ideal for exploring the hills and villages of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
