Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montego Bay

Amazing spot, secluded and just what you need to have a relaxing vacation and feel safe. The hosts are very responsive and our chef Michele we had requested for dinner one day … was absolutely FANTASTIC- food and company ❤️ Will be staying here again 100%! Thank you!!

The house is beautiful inside and out. Just like the pictures. Comfortable beds, cold tiles(something i love) peaceful community, beautiful night skies, close to the town, next to a lovely restaurant. Efficient security. Our stay was great, would recommend and would book again. Thank you for everything. 🌹

Great stay. Attending a wedding at a resort but wanted to save some money + rent a car to explore. If you’re confident in your driving ability, I’d recommend the same! Otherwise consider uber/taxi. House is exactly like the photos, in a residential neighborhood.

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! A big thank you again to Santana and Mr. Morris! 😊

Marvin and Lotoya were extremely great hosts. we got lost finding the place but latoya was able to direct us in no time. the villa is very nice, clean, spacious for a small family. Area is nice a quite and around 10/15 minutes from Mo Bay airport. The massive beds!!! wow wow wow best night sleep I've had in ages and I suffer with a bad back and for the time I was at marvins villa I never got any pain! many thanks and fully recommended

This was such a good home away from home. Enough rooms to have privacy but still be amongst friends and family. Nature surrounding the house made for a serene experience. Andrea was very kind and responsive. I cannot wait to visit again, 10/10 recommend.

The pllace was very much quiet and peaceful, you have places are nearby to explore, hope and eat. You feel so much at home. Me and my family will DEFINITELY be back as this was extremely amazing. The host was such a star with being very informative and responsive

Lovely place! Quiet, super clean and in a great location. Beautiful view. Security was awesome and helpful. The host was very helpful and always responsive. Air BnB was equipped with everything that was needed. Host offered alot of recommendations that were very helpful and made the trip more fun and easy going. Jamaica Life Tours and Excursions along with Hartley Tours were our go to for transportation la and excursions, all recommended by the host. Will book again!

Always a pleasure to come back. It‘s been the 2nd time & I always enjoy it to the fullest. Ger & Anthony are amazing hosts that fullfill every wish (fresh laundry, a ride to the supermarket etc.). The apartment itself is big, very comfortable and has everthing we need! The neighbours are friendly and I felt safe all the time. I‘m so excited to come back. I can recommend this airbnb for anyone! Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cottage! The home is beautifully designed with so much attention to detail—everything you could possibly need is provided. It’s stylishly furnished, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location in Montego Bay. The bed and sofa were high-quality and comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The massive smart TV, good fans, and air conditioning unit made our stay even more comfortable. Ela was super quick to respond, friendly, and very accommodating. The home was easy to find and in a safe area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place—100% recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacqueline’s place was just as described. Clean and well kept I felt right at home. It is at great location and has beautiful views. She was very responsive whenever a question was asked. I would definitely stay again.

My stay at Doris' place was serene and private, providing a sense of safety and comfort. I was also fortunate to spend some time chatting with Doris, who is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Additionally, her thoughtful attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Doris' place and plan to return in the future.

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

I enjoyed my stay here. It was overall relaxing. The apt is a little bigger than a studio because of the layout. Stocked very well for cooking. The water was hot during my stay. Neisha has a groundskeeper that lived nearby and was super friendly and helpful as well. The balcony is the highlight in this particular apt. I worked out, dried my clothes and chilled out there daily. Megamart is across the street, you can see it from the balcony as well. And then Harmony beach and 2 shopping mall plazas are within 15-20 mins walking distance. If you have any mobility issues, the stairs could be hard for you, as it is on the 3rd floor and they could get tricky when wet. I hope to book again when I get back to Mobay in a few weeks. My husband and I visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and I can say we didn't want to leave. From the beginning, middle and end of our trip we were accommodated by our host. The host was able to assist us in arranging just about everything we needed while staying. The condo is beautiful and very much a home away from home. I will be back.

Dawn was an excellent and responsive host. The space was beautiful and the area very peaceful with a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool on the property was perfect for just cooling down. The Hip Strip, Montego bay and restaurants are a quick 20 minutes drive away. We highly recommend Dawn's place and look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

My new home away from home Perfection is the best word I can find for my stay. Collen was responsive, helpful and very friendly. Steve was very resourceful for finding things for me to do that was perfect for me. It was convenient that Steve was close by for anytime I was ready to go out. The air b and b was beautifully decorated and felt like home. I also hired a chef who Steve recommended and I had an authentic Jamaican breakfast that was delicious . You get more than what you pay for. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here ! I loved it so much I booked again !

From our arrival to departure we throughly enjoyed our stay at Serene's beautiful and most suitable apartment. The gated complex is located 10 minutes from the airport by car and well maintained and quiet. The area includes high end hotels and gated complexes. No Police in sight just nice, peaceful and safe. The facilities are excellent including the infinity pool overlooking the marina. Now the beach is a short stroll away and as residents you're allowed to enjoy the quiet, private, secluded, crystal clear, warm water, white sandy beach. No sellers, a friendly security guard a few meters away. The beach gently slopes into the amazing sea and it's quite frankly a piece of paradise. The apartment, well where do I start. You never quite know what to expect, but the photos don't do it justice. It's lovely, a home from home. Comfortable with every listing in excellent condition and working order. Its special, we loved it, you will too. Book it if it's available you will not regret it.

We love Kafi’s apartment. It was spacious, well lit, clean, the views were awesome. The apartment has all the amenities we could needed - in the kitchen, bathroom, linen, entertainment etc. the concierge and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, open spaces, walkways were lovely. The apartment is in a pretty new building on a quiet street with new residences and hotels. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and private beach are just a few minutes drive. Overall we felt right at home. I highly recommend this apartment.
