The accommodation is located in the village of the ancient hamlet of Montericco di Albinea, near the medieval castle of Montericco, from which you can overlook the Po Valley. Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is built on 2 levels with a size of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a habitable kitchen. Climbing the stairs we find a double room with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom, plus terrace with views on both sides of the Apennines.
