Countryside Country House Mazzetti Country House is the perfect place for those looking for a relaxing and refreshing vacation surrounded by nature. The house is located on a green hill, in a small village in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a short walk to the fairytale Rocchetta castle, the lake park and the beautiful medieval villages. It is furnished in style and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a large living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms and an outdoor porch and equipped with every comfort.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

In the shared yard, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer it's always cool, even without air conditioning. Not equipped with a kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and dishes.

Self contained studio flat with own entrance. Double height, single volume space. Ideal for a couple or family with small children, or three single friends. Dining areas in garden and on sun terrace. Basic fee for up to 2 guests. Children under 2 years old who only need a travel cot stay for free but will be charged a fee to use the swimming pool. Please contact owner before your trip to learn your fee; it depends on length of trip and number of children.
