My family of 5 enjoyed this place so much! comfy place to stay in, comfortable beds. It’s indeed lovely 3 bedrooms apt. Host is super nice, always attentive to me. And kind enough to allow early check in. The apt even has walking stick and umbrella ( so handy for elderly folks and on a rainy day ) .. checked in with welcome notes, chocolates, and tourist to-do/tourist to-go leaflets .. such caring host ! highly recommend this place ! This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

The apartment was great. Very flexible space depending on your group and their needs. Perfectly situated near skilifts, on the main bus route and with all facilities within walking distance a perfect place for a week trip.

Absolutely super nice host and Cosy apartment

Beautiful, lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Particularly great are the outdoor facilities overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, grill, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the road that passes directly by the house on the other side. It's not very busy, but when it is, the cars come fast. Caution is advised with small children.

Livia’s apartment suited my teenage daughter and I really well. It is on the third floor of a small block of apartments, an easy and pleasant walk to the lifts up to the ski area via a small woodland. Lovely brand new bathroom with an excellent shower as well as a very good washer dryer. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice views from the balcony out into fields and then up to the mountains . Livia was really friendly and responsive and also very flexible as we navigated the disruptions of a big snow storm. Recommended!

Wonderful, well equipped chalet and perfectly located to explore the magnificent French Alps. The garden, dip pool and sauna were also great assets. Supermarkets can be walked to in Les Houches, and Chamonix is only a 10 minute drive away. We loved our week here and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

We had a very good time at Christian's place. It's described very accurately, quite clean and renovated with taste. Communication on checkout times was not super clear (first it was noon but then it became 10am) and one of the towels smelled bad (likely it didn't dry properly) but those are minor things and I can very certainly recommend it.
