Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. The studio has been newly remodeled and you will find all the amenities as if you were at your home. Includes a modern kitchen and bathroom. The mountain cable car can be reached in 5 minutes. The house with the studio is located right on the street. You can get to the studio via the stairs. The Matterhorn is the first thing to greet you in the early morning. 100 metres below the house, there is a tranquil creek. Just for you, there's a garden seating area with a lounge, parasol, stylish dining table and a cosy atmosphere.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Trudi's Terrace - 2 Bedroom Matterhorn Views

Trudi's Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop-off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi's Terrace has two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. We have two modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It is where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note: Zermatt is currently in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately a crane has been temporarily erected in front of the Matterhorn.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.
