OdeMar, from the Latin "scent of the sea", is an elegant urban-chic apartment with a sea view in Lucrino. Just a short walk from Baia, Pozzuoli and the lakes of Averno and Lucrino, it is ideal for couples looking for relaxation amidst nature, history and comfort. Equipped with private parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Just 25 minutes from Naples and close to the ferry terminals for Procida and Ischia. It offers a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

‘Residenza Di Mare’ is a bright and airy apartment located in Lucrino with lake views. It is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing from all the archaeological sites the area has to offer. It has some fantastic diving locations close by as well as the local beach . The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace so easily accessible for guests with mobility difficulties . A few minutes from the station with trains to Pozzuoli port with ferries to Ischia and Procida.
