We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

A perfect stay on all sides From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The house was impeccably clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable from the first moment. In addition, the aroma of the place was simply enchanting, something that made the experience even more welcoming. The location is excellent: close to everything I needed, but at the same time quiet and perfect for resting. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making my stay so special!

We were 4 people who rented this apartment for a week. The apartment was very clean and modern, with good facilities such as a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and made recommendations on everything from nearby restaurants to grocery stores to do weekly shopping. Here you get a lot for your money and it is definitely a place to recommend!

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with a child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check in and check out. A lovely place in a great neighborhood, perfect with dog. Always great and very friendly communication. Everything we needed was there, we felt cared for and welcome. Very clean, absolutely spotless! Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

Very clean comfortable apartment, perfect for two. In a lovely quiet area. Good shaded private parking. We had a lovely week, 10 minutes from the port and beaches where there a lot of bars and restaurants. Christina and Andres are very friendly and helpful with lots of tips of where to visit and eat. Thank you both very much and we would recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you needed. Especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

Amazing few days away with my business partner for a well deserved break away from the craziness of business. Sergio was super, an amazing place to stay with everything you need in the complex itself. The pool bar gym & pools are amazing to have, very private. The roof top solarium is a treat with amazing sea views. Will definitely be back, we had a issue with our rental car and Sergio was quick to respond when we needed recommendations for a local mechanic Thanks again Sergio
