This villa offers stunning lake vistas from the expansive sun deck adjoining each bedroom, as well as from the spacious yard adorned with olive, pomegranate, and cherry trees. The property features a delightful shaded pergola, ideal for al fresco dining with loved ones. Inside, the house boasts a roomy living area, complemented by a convenient parking space.

A Jewel of Lake View

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

The six French windows all overlook the lake, for a breathtaking 360° view. You will wake up watching the sun rise over the lake and fall asleep with the reflection of the stars on the water. On the outdoor patio you can have a leisurely lunch enjoying the fresh air of Moltrasio and the amazing view that will accompany every moment of your stay.

The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

Located in the heart of Cernobbio, Al Casone apartment is the perfect place to enjoy all the comforts of home, while staying close to one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The apartment is positioned near to all main attractions and activities, there is a bus stop just across the road, and the lake and boats are only 10 minutes away on foot.
