we had a lovely stay at this cute little campsite about 30 minutes walk from the free or private beach. It has everything you need on site. The bungalow is very well located and offers plenty of storage, which is great when you are a family of 5! Ribbon was very responsive to offer us air conditioning as soon as we arrived in hot weather, it was essential! We'll be back I hope!

We spent four wonderful days in the cabin, we would have stayed more, but since all the dates were busy, we visited Pisa and returned to camping again, but already to another cabin. So if you want to stay with Silvia, order in advance. Everything was great. Silvia was very helpful and patiently answered our questions. In the bathroom in the sink, the water drained poorly, they wrote to Silvia and immediately solved the problem. The place is as described and was sparkling clean. Everything in the house is provided, for cooking too. It is easy to get to the beach by car, there are a lot of parking lots, 5-6 euros per day. The sea is warm, the beach is wide and sandy. The location is ideal for family and relaxing holidays.

absolutely the paradise campsite is a paradise ... clean spaces nice people i confirm everything as shown in the photos i was able to bring the dog , we slept in one of their cabins/chalets/mobile house/ has a fenced-in veranda. spacious shower inside it has pots, cutlery, glasses, etc. i recommend bringing : toilet paper and shower soap/hands/dishes inside the campsite there is a very well-stocked mini market breakfast bars restaurant huge pool games for the kids bike rental in short, there is everything .. sorry, I was little for work, but I definitely want to go back to make the most of their services i absolutely recommend this structure!

I just had an incredible stay in a wonderful mountain home, and I can't help but share my experience! The house is simply fantastic: spacious, well cared for, and tastefully furnished. Every corner is designed to offer maximum comfort, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the location is perfect, within walking distance of the ski slopes, which makes everything even more convenient for winter sports lovers. To complete this unforgettable experience, there are the hosts: really kind, helpful, and caring people. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, responding to our every request with a smile and attention that really makes a difference. In short, it was a real fairytale. A home that I recommend unreservedly to anyone looking for a perfect combination of nature, comfort and hospitality! I can't wait to go back.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation for 4 people. I appreciated the location of the place because it is quite ventilated, we ate out even in the hottest hours and it felt very good. It is close to the restaurant of the campsite where we have ate great pizzas and fried exquisite seafood. Comfortable proximity to the sea, with the bicycle you can get to Viareggio in a short time. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, the Easter holidays in 2025 were a bit rainy and quite cold. With enough firewood and the air conditioning, however, it was cozy during the rains. The house is simply decorated but functional and tasteful. The location is fantastic, the house is alone on a large property with olive terraces. Kitchen appliances are sufficiently available, bring your own all consumable items (herbs, salt, sugar, dish soap, garbage bags, etc.). Stefano is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Trust Stefano's advice and do not drive the car up the driveway unless you have four-wheel drive.

We had a wonderful two-night weekend at Nadia's place and had a really good time. Andrea's welcome was warm and professional. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very nice and well organized. In addition, Nadia and Andrea were very helpful, providing us with an app support service and always asking if we needed anything. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place, perfect for relaxing. Our Easter was really special in this welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend it!
