Wake up in a 300-year-old stone farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of the Lot — and instantly feel at home. Three ensuite bedrooms, each with their own character and private bathroom, gorgeous beamed ceilings, a fireplace to gather around on cooler evenings, and a sun-drenched terrace with views that go on forever. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
