Our cottage is ideally located on the municipality of Lamothe Montravel, at the junction of the Bergerac and Bordeaux vineyards, on the right bank of the Dordogne, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyard from its sunny terrace. 2 levels : The front door is located on the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. first level 8 steps , a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room ,a wood stove (only way to heat the house) wood provided.

We offer our 1900 stone master house. The location is ideal halfway between Saint-Emilion and Bergerac/Monbazillac. The ocean is accessible in 1 hour 30 minutes by train from Vélines train station. The outdoor areas will allow you to enjoy the greenery and tranquility with many facilities as well as a swimming pool. Indoor spaces are large and airy. Air conditioning is present throughout the rooms and the living room. Kitchen comes with all appliances.
