Charming small Provençal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale, 10 km from Grignan. Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this former small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Come and enjoy a stay at the Bastide des Oliviers located in the Drôme, a magical region! We thought of this place as a family home: we live on site in a part of the Bastide with our three daughters and we have created 3 independent cottages with kitchens. Your cottage has independent access, a private terrace and access to the salt pool (shared) and the landscaped Mediterranean garden (dedicated to guests). Cleaning fee of €100 to be paid on-site at the end of the stay. €40 may be charged for our 4-legged friends if the house rules are not respected.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
