Relaxation, peace and nature in this pleasant 50m2 duplex, which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the private swimming pool, citrus orchard and large garden. The gîte, on the edge of a hamlet, is set in several hectares of fenced garden with forest, orchards, permaculture vegetable garden, drill garden, bamboo grove and ponds. You'll be free to wander the grounds, which also include a small organic nursery of rare hardy citrus and fruit trees.

Started in Normandy, the gîte and bed and breakfast activity of the Manoir du Picaud will see the light of day in 2022 after a lot of interior work, choosing this area that has been dormant for a few years to best receive my guests in this magnificent region.  To preserve the calm and serenity of this exceptional site, the manor is located on the plateau extending Monbazillac, above Bergerac.
