Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Country vacation

This pretty country house typical of the area awaits you to stay in the heart of a quiet and rural hamlet. Ideally located (10 km) between two lakes, Baye and Merle (supervised beach, canoeing, paddle boarding, playground, mountain biking, fishing, etc.) and on Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Activities: boat or bike along the canal, walking or mountain biking in the forest. Visit Nevers, Veselay, Pougues-les-Eaux, Cosne-sur-Loire… Entertainment: Le Pal (amusement park and zoo), Magny-Cours circuit, Rugby

Authentic Burgundy farm house w/ spectacular view

Welcome to our charming, family friendly farmhouse built in 1840. Situated on a hill with unobstructed views of Burgundy, this is the perfect spot for endless relaxation, inspiration and fun moments! Located 2 hours from Paris and in close proximity to many charming villages and medium sized towns. Enjoy activities for all ages such as forest walks, swimming at the nearby lake, wine tasting, hiking, tree climbing etc Boulangery, charcuterie, supermarket and wine bar at 3 km from the house.

Moulin XVIII, "the whole estate just for you"

Vieux moulin du 18ème avec bief aux abords de l'Aron dans un écrin de verdure situé en sortie d'un petit village de 300 habitants. Domaine entièrement clos, piscine (chauffée en été). Nous mettons à disposition notre maison avec tous les équipements et les éléments qui la compose intérieure et extérieur (BBQ, bain de soleil, table ping-pong, boules de pétanque, etc,.) Idéal ainsi pour un séjour entre famille ou entre amis. Vous y serez seul.Pas de voisin et donc aucun vis à vis.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Gîte de l'orée du bois (Wood's Edge Cottage)

Cottage in the town of Montapas, at the gates of Morvan. At the edge of two ponds (swimming with MNS and fishing), you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Nature, hiking and cycling lovers will thrive. Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. "Between woods & grove" **** gîte with large garden

Do you want nature, countryside in a bucolic and warm setting? So welcome to the woods & bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with a cozy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is included in the price and beds are made on arrival. The little extras: 15% discount for any stay of 7 nights minimum and loan of bikes. SEE YOU VERY SOON!

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Vous adorerez cette escapade unique et romantique. Profitez d'un moment de détente en amoureux, en famille ou bien entre amis dans le Mama Tonneau. Jacuzzi privatisé. Plancha à gaz. Pour les amoureux de nature et des randonnées, le site des roches sainte Catherine offre une belle promenade. A 5 minutes du beau village d'Epoisses connu pour son fromage de caractère. A 20 minutes de la magnifique cité médiévale de Semur en Auxois.

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).
