Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mont Vernon

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

My family and I have stayed at dozens of rental homes all over the world. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had. First things first, the house is CLEAN. So very clean and modern. The beds are comfortable with lovely linens and good quality pillows. The bathrooms are spa-like with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is a dream! Fully stocked with great quality appliances and tools. The pool was crystal clear the entire week. The backyard is an absolute oasis. There are houses all around, but the backyard is so private. The owners did a wonderful job with trees and flowering bushes. You're just a short stroll from the gorgeous beach. The beach clubs, water sports and restaurants are excellent! My teen daughters loved the pool area, upstairs deck (with charming swing!) and beautiful beach to take all of their hundreds of photos! The best part of renting this house is the wonderful Laurette! She made us all feel like VIP guests! 10 Stars!

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. We had a fantastic time at Marion's house! She was amazing! The location is great - gated community between Grand Case and Marigot and not far from Orient Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. View was amazing, pool and patio were nice (we spent a lot of time on the outdoor furniture), all the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped! Marion had some excellent dinner suggestions (even made our reservation for us at one place that was hard to get in) and she has a hook up with one of the beach restaurants at Orient that got us free chairs for the day. It might be worth noting that the house is a part of a 4-5 unit complex with neighbors on each side and a rental unit down below. However, this was not an issue as we rarely heard any of the neighbors and there is plenty of shrubbery and other elements that give adequate privacy. We even had a couples massage on the patio one day! Overall very pleased and highly recommend!!!

Nous avons passé 10 jours d’un séjour idéal. Logement très bien situé dans une zone superbe , calme et pleine d’attraits avec la proximité de la baie orientale, la reserve naturelle, Grand Case, etc.. rapidement accessibles en voiture. Carole et Christophe sont des hôtes charmants, tres à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos repères dans la zone et sont d’excellents conseils. Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, calme, en tout point conforme au descriptif. Parking devant la porte, appréciable quand on rayonne beaucoup comme nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Isabelle was an absolute dream! She was so kind and hospitable, and the space had everything we could even think of needing. It was walking distance to wonderful coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Orient Beach. She was so communicative the entire time. I absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

I almost hate to write this review because I’m afraid my favorite place will now always be fully booked! We traveled all over the island during our stay and all up and down Orient Beach and I can’t imagine a more perfect location. The place was super clean and comfortable and the location is literally second to none. Réserve this place with absolutely no hesitation. Sarah is wonderful and answered every question we had.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Had a wonderful stay at Amaury’s condo. We felt very safe and were right in the middle of the Grand Case strip. So many restaurants options all walking distance and 30 seconds to the beach. The condo is on the smaller side but had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings and small snacks. We rented a car to get around the island we realized after 2 days taxis were way too expensive to go to and from the Dutch side and grand case. We are a younger couple and found Grand case more quiet and most restaurants were pretty fancy so we went to the Dutch side some evenings.

The stay was amazing! Great location, cozy spacing and super clean! When it comes to home necessities anything you may need Amélie has it already nearby. She is very helpful and informative. BOOK HER LISTING! Money well spent !

Had a very nice time here! The host was very helpful; quick to respond, offered recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Would come back again!

die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wohlhabenden Ueberbaung mit viel Grün und drei Swimmingpools. Die Wohnunh ist modern und äusserst geschmacksvoll perfekt eingerichtet. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr sympatisch. und extrem hilsbereit. Das Meer ist zu fuss einfach zu erreichen (ca 400m), der Strand ist lang und breit und nie überbevölkert: ein seltenes obtimales Stranderlebnis! ,

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

we were there for 2 nights, it felt like home and we love the location we had a car rental and everything is 5 to 15 minutes drive the balcony facing the private Beach it was my favorite part. definitely coming back. thank you

Un très beau séjour pour nous. Le logement était propre, sécuritaire et bien situé. Les gens de l’immeuble étaient très sympathique. La piscine et la plage sont un atout essentiel lors des chaudes journées. En plus, Harry était toujours dispo pour nos questions et répondait très rapidement et clairement. En bref, wow.

This townhome was comfortable and quiet with all of the amenities you could ask for. We loved the garden area and also being able to walk to many good restaurants.

She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

Such a beautiful condo with an incredible view! I felt right at home and slept like a baby. The beds are comfortable, the space was spotless, and Jayne was very responsive in our communication. Plus, it’s a great location but I would definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around.

Nossa estada foi muito agradável na casa da Zora, num condomínio tranquilo em Anse Marsel. O apartamento é bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha, louças suficientes e eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente. O local é ideal para quem quer descansar, a poucos metros de uma praia linda, de água transparente e calma. Veleiros aportam para apreciar o maravilhoso por do sol. Estivemos no período de baixa temporada, nada nos incomodou. Próximo ao condomínio se encontra um pequeno mercado bem sortido e a poucos quilômetros é possível ter acesso a mercados maiores e outros comércios. A Zora estava sempre disponível para resolver qualquer problema que aparecesse. Recomendamos!
