You cannot beat the location. The best restaurants and the proximity to the beach is amazing. There were beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella for guest use. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Isabelle was an absolute dream! She was so kind and hospitable, and the space had everything we could even think of needing. It was walking distance to wonderful coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Orient Beach. She was so communicative the entire time. I absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful complex. Very well equipped and maintained. Loads of amazing beach bars nearby for lunches and fantastic restaurants close-by for evening meals. A few minutes walk from the beach. Very good value for money. Do not hesitate to book!!

The studio was everything that we wanted. It was simple but practical, well equipped and well situated. Despite the fact that it is on the second lane, it offers a splendid view on Orient Bay, which is one of the nicest beach of Saint-Martin. The pool area is even nicer than what can been seen on the pictures. There is a small pizzeria on site that is worth trying. Fred the owner is a pleasant individual, always happy to entertain a conversation while preparing your meal. Although the owners of the studio are off location, they left us in the good care of Linda who’s a gem! She lives on location and during our 2 weeks stay she was always responsive and willing to help. We would go back to that same studio anytime!

We had a very nice stay! The cottage is functional and fully furnished – everything you need is there. The view is truly stunning. Marie is super friendly, approachable and very sweet – we felt welcome right away. The only small downside is the terrace furniture; it could be a little more comfortable. But nothing but praise - highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay at the Nettlé Bay Beach Club in St. Martin! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. The apartment was clean, minimalist but well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets right from the terrace. The hosts, the staff and the neighbours were friendly and helpful, and the area felt very safe and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back—highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic beach escape!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home on the French side of St. Martin. The location was perfect—just a short drive to beautiful Orient Bay Beach and close to the amazing dining options in Grand Case. A car is definitely recommended, not just for this property, but really for exploring the island in general. The home had plenty of space for me and my partner to relax comfortably. Celine was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and a great communicator. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the quieter, charming side of the island.

The apartment was great, very well located! Only downside is zero storage, not practical when you stay 10 days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully furnished apartment with our baby daughter. The playard/crib was not ready in the beginning, but the communication with the host was easy and so we quickly got it set up. Great location and lovely patio. The pool was also really nice. Fully recommend!

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

My husband and I stayed here for our impromptu honeymoon after attending a destination wedding in Anguilla and it was absolutely delightful! Nestled in the cutest little cul-de-sac right above an Asian fusion restaurant “Sao”, the apartment is deceivingly spacious with an impeccable interior. We quickly discovered our daily breakfast spot across the street “Good Morning” serving the most delicious French pastries and croissants. Equally sumptuous is the Italian restaurant next to “Sao” and even though it was “Low Season” with the nicer restaurants closing due to seasonality, we quite liked our cozy little beachside community. Bonus points for the  double singles and extra bathroom on the third floor, my husband retreated there to snore himself silly. Honeymoon for the ages!! Hope to be back one day!

Location, location, location! Great corner unit, we used the huge balcony a lot - can see the sunrise over the sea from it. Very roomy unit, love the loft feel bedroom, and all the facilities worked as expected. No complaints, except we wish to have stayed longer! Thanks Philippe, see you next time :)

Great studio! Looked like the photos. The host was very responsive and proactive. He was available to assist with any questions and requests. Check in was very easy. The location was fantastic - very close to beautiful beaches, shopping, grocery stores, and some sights. Overall, had a wonderful stay here.

The hills was an amazing place to stay for our time in St. Maarten. It was a perfect location close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful room and the pool was outstanding. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

My wife and I spent a week at Colibri villa, and it was wonderful. I tend to rise very early, so the separate kitchen side insured my not making too much too much noise to allow her dome sleep. We loved the outdoor covered dining area, the outdoor shower, and the hot tub. Being a 10 minute walk to Orient village, and the beach was exactly as we needed to rest and relax. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this villa.

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it!
