Quiet village house

Dans un Hameau tranquille, petite maison agréable pour 2 personnes et un enfant maximum , typiquement Nivernaise idéale pour se reposer, avec randonnées à pied et à vélo, ainsi que pêche sur place. A proximité du canal du Nivernais, le parcours des 16 écluses , des étangs de Baye et de Vaux, avec des activités nautiques et baignade. Proche du Parc Naturel du Morvan, visite vers Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Boulangerie à 1 km , autres commerces à Corbigny à 10 minutes en voiture.

Moulin XVIII, "the whole estate just for you"

Vieux moulin du 18ème avec bief aux abords de l'Aron dans un écrin de verdure situé en sortie d'un petit village de 300 habitants. Domaine entièrement clos, piscine (chauffée en été). Nous mettons à disposition notre maison avec tous les équipements et les éléments qui la compose intérieure et extérieur (BBQ, bain de soleil, table ping-pong, boules de pétanque, etc,.) Idéal ainsi pour un séjour entre famille ou entre amis. Vous y serez seul.Pas de voisin et donc aucun vis à vis.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Cottage in the town of Montapas, at the gates of Morvan. At the edge of two ponds (swimming with MNS and fishing), you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Nature, hiking and cycling lovers will thrive. Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

In the heart of Burgundy, in the Morvan Regional Park, our spacious house is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. It combines authenticity, charm and comfort in a green environment with guaranteed peace and quiet. With its large living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located at the gates of the village and bordered by 2 hectares of meadows, it has a large 4000 m² garden with terrace and orchard.

Newly restored independent farmhouse surrounded by a fenced outdoor garden. * Outdoor amenities: - a 50 m² terrace, - garden furniture, - a table (10 people), - a pergola, - a barbecue/grill, - aromatic plants. * Interior amenities: - a large living/dining room, - a library area that can be converted into a bedroom, - an equipped kitchen - two bedrooms, - a bathroom (shower + bathtub), - a separate toilet. Pets allowed under certain conditions.

U bent van harte welkom in het gerenoveerde gastenverblijf, dat deel uitmaakt van een ruime Mid-Century Modern villa. Het verblijf ligt aan de rand van het karakteristieke Corbigny, een charmant stadje dat alle nodige voorzieningen biedt. Corbigny is prachtig gelegen tussen het Regionale Natuurpark de Morvan en het Canal du Nivernais. Bovendien ligt het op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als vertrekpunt.

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

The Foreman's House

The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms. This space, a true haven of peace and history, is located 5 minutes by car from Clamecy, 46 minutes from Auxerre and 2h35 from Paris. INFORMATION: There are dogs running loose on the estate.
