We had an absolute blast staying at Simón! The spacious garden was a dream come true for our kids, who ran around and played to their hearts' content. The rooms were beautifully decorated and added to the overall charm of the place. What really stood out was the sheer size of the accommodation - it was perfect for our group of families and friends to gather and make memories. The layout was ideal for a reunion, and we loved having plenty of space to relax and socialize. We'd highly recommend Simón to anyone looking for a spacious and welcoming retreat.

The house is very welcoming, functional, and very pleasant. Its location is ideal in a quiet area, close to golf (We were there for a competition) but also close to Lille. We were very well hosted, the hosts are available and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Very spacious accommodation, a beautiful living room with terrace and a large kitchen, when you are 15pers it is appreciated. The real plus is its location in the center that allows you to do anything by foot. We'd love to come back.

Our visit to Frank's zen house was excellent. With a lovely fireplace, outdoor fire pit, nice bedroom(s), bathroom and the delicious saunas, we were able to completely relax. The spacious house with a lot of attention to the many details is a true journey of discovery. Frank is a gracious host with whom it was nice to communicate. Our group of 11 people had a very nice time! The house is really very nice and very close to the beach, in the middle of the dunes. Brigitte is very accommodating and has always responded quickly to our messages.

We were with a group of 15 people and we didn't miss anything. The place is super equipped and very clean. Communication was also reliable and pleasant. We would come back anytime!

Stephan is a welcoming and flexible host. He thinks along, arranges and organizes where necessary and no question was too much! The reception was warm and with good explanation. We felt very much at home in the house where nothing was missing, there was more than we could have imagined. We had a lot of fun with the hot tub and the pool table and the extensive kitchen. The beds slept wonderfully and were made up with fresh smelling linens. Top! For our friends weekend, the ideal base in an environment where sporting and cultural activities are available for picking up.

Quietly located, perfect location, close to shops, beach and dunes. Good base for beautiful walks. Very pleasant to spend time outside in the lounge. Very cool that we were allowed to stay until 6 p.m. on Monday. In short, highly recommended to spend a weekend at the sea!

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

House of an assured standard, slightly tainted by a few shortcomings: a broken table left in the lawn as a storage room, visible pruning and mowing remains, outdoor fountain not maintained. Contrary to what is stated in the listing, the pool is not suitable for rent. Jean-Philippe and his wife are the managers of a wellness centre and offer this service by reservation at a rate of €60 for a 1.5-hour private session. Faced with this misunderstanding, Jean-Philippe was very accommodating. It is rare to find a rental with a private individual who offers to prepare breakfast for us every morning. It was very much appreciated. We were provided with a fully equipped kitchen, a refurbished bathroom and rooms worthy of a large hotel. The house has many openings to the large garden. We spent our stay enjoying this beautiful outdoor area. Thank you for this stay, highly recommend.

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.

Beautiful home in a green surroundings, very peaceful, excellent parking in a private front courtyard. Veronique is very friendly and easy going person, a pleasure to chat with her. The room is great - airy, green calm view, a lot of convenient storage space, wash basin with a mirror, decent bed, excellent big bed cover/duvet, decent work desk. My biggest peeve is that the listing is a bit misleading - it is categorized as "entire home/unit", but it's not, it's just a room (albeit with a sink/wash basin) in a space shared between 4 rooms, and the connecting space (kitchen) is rather crammed an busy - so the privacy level was much less than I expected from the listing - even though 2 other tenants (long-term) which were there during my stay were both excellent fellows, very considerate, respectful, and simply nice to chat.
