Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monrovia

I really loved this spot. Everything is close, great area for walking the dogs, and the place was just awesome. Nice extras such as coffee and shower supplies. Kimi was responsive and friendly, I’d recommend this spot to anyone.

Conveniently located

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Lovely stay! Very homely and excellent house. The flat was very well kept and properly cleaned before we checked in. Quick response from the owner and even had a parking spot for us which was very convenient. Stayed for 3 nights and worth the price we paid. Lovely view from the top. 👏👌

Thomas’ place was great and as described in the photos. Very clean, sheets smelled wonderful! My husband likes to rate the bathroom shower and this was a 10/10!

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

Tamera’s space is perfect! From the moment we arrived in the neighborhood we were in love! The host was kind and responsive, the house was equipped with everything we needed, and the tenants in the front house were extremely nice (getting to meet their cute dogs made our day) The home felt private and we loved sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful yard. We easily felt at home and would absolutely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was clean and spacious . The host was very welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in. The beds were clean and comfortable and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. I would for sure stay here again and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

Loved our stay at Shawn's place! Super beautiful yard and peaceful neighborhood. Provided us just the respite we needed due to being displaced from the fires. The only thing I'd recommended is making the decorating a bit simpler and removing some furniture items. Space felt a bit crowded and cluttered. Living area didn'took like the pictures. That said, I still recommend it and would stay again!

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Place was comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area. There was everything that is needed to cook for yourself and more. We didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor area in the back, but would have in other circumstances. Parking not a problem - you can park in the driveway. Huge television. We misread the description (that's on me) and didn't realize that there were two doubles in one bedroom. However, the rooms are actually separate rooms, but you do have to go through the first bedroom to get to the second. Just be aware of that. This would not keep us from booking again. Chunjiang's place was so beautiful and absolutely spotless! It smelt incredible, and it was apparent that a professional cleaner had stopped by. It has 2 rooms, and an extra bed with the pull-out sofa. Such a beautiful and relaxing backyard as well. My family and I spent most of our time at Universal Studios (which wasn't much of a far drive from the house) so we really didn't use any of the amenities but it definitely has all that you need. Perfect AIRBNB!

Leo is a great host and is very attentive. Responded to us within minutes and is super helpful. His home was beautifully decorated, well-conditioned with 3 separate AC units. We gave a noticed for broken hair dryer and he brought us a new one within the day. Overall an amazing experience, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend his home to others for a small getaway trip. Thank you Leo for welcoming us! We will be back!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
