Ever want to stay in a Tiny House just to see what it is like? Well now you can. You will be amazed how big this Tiny House is. 11 foot ceilings, tons of windows & light, full size bath, great kitchen, & 2 sleeping lofts. Close to everything - minutes to Downtown, the North Shore, South Side, Shadyside, & Oakland. Plus it's on the light rail T-line - w/ a stop right at the bottom of our front steps. So easy access to Heinz Field, PNC Park, the Casino, Downtown, & Station Square.
“A cute, cozy space! Instructions are clear and easy to follow (they send a walk-thru video). This location was minutes from nearly anywhere we wanted to go. I know temp control can be an issue with tiny houses, but the AC unit worked great! A unique and fun experience.”
The Castle Estate stands overlooking Downtown Pittsburgh. The view is spectacular. I’m available 24/7 for any needs or concerns. We have a parking space for you. Our grounds are spacious and beautiful. The estate is green and the kind of open space that you typically won’t find in the middle of the city. I have bikes and helmets that you can borrow to explore the city. This apartment is really one-of-a-kind. The ceilings are 15 feet! You're going to love it!
“The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the city. It was very clean, especially the bathroom, which I always appreciate. It was SO much cheaper than staying at a hotel in the city, but everything we wanted to do in Pittsburgh was about a 10-15 minute drive away! We were missing one of the sheets on our bed and didn’t realize until pretty late at night. I messaged Milty, not knowing if he’d even get a message that late. He called me immediately and then dropped off a sheet and ICE CREAM to the front door!!!”
Located just a 10 minute drive/uber ride from downtown, this is a completely private, very small, efficiency studio with kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink). We provide all the basics that a hotel would provide and then some. The space only allows for light food preparation, but there are plenty of walkable restaurants and diners just a couple blocks away. This is a residential neighborhood with tons of public transit and a main street to suit all of your basic needs.
“It's nice to walk into a temperature controlled room. It isn't the biggest place, but you know that beforehand. It is nice to have many dining options within walking distance, and it seemed like a nice neighborhood. It is definitely worth the price”
