This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

Relax on the front porch with serene views of pastures, wooded landscapes, and frequent deer sightings. Enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside while staying just moments away from Ruston's attractions. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, with two queen sized air mattresses available on request. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

This is a true Luxury floating home over looking Moon Lake on the Ouachita River. Park your boat under a covered slip right next to the cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups.
