Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. Located in the heart of the Park Ave Neighborhood, you will be just steps away from an array of restaurant/bars, shops and entertainment. The second level apartment offers two bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and amenities. The steps leading up to the second floor apartment are considered steep. The apartment is not suitable for young children. Guests will enjoy the use of free off street parking for one vehicle, access to Wi-Fi and streaming visual media.

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.
