We had a great stay at Tandhy & Teresia’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Everything matched what we expected and more. Mikala was very accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful. We were in Bloomington to visit family and she was very kind to let us have family over for dinner and the kids for an overnight! She helped make our visit in Bloomington very special!

Brooke was a very responsive and helpful host! She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a plus, and it was close to everything/walkable for our weekend. Highly recommend!

Rachel’s place was just as described. Rachel was so responsive to questions, it was a pleasure. This was a perfect place to be for my granddaughter’s graduation. And Rachel proved fresh eggs from her chickens which were delicious. I would recommend this place highly.

Cozy studio with all the amenities for singe traveler with a pet. Location is close to everything needed. Campus, parks, grocery, restaurants, etc. you name it.

So friendly and helpful even when we had a family emergency. The location is gorgeous!

We loved our family stay at Joe’s place. It was close to IU for graduation. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces—the hot tub was a bonus! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Joe was very communicative, responding right away. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Would highly recommend.

Lots of spices to make cooking easy. Kitchen included a pod coffee machine, with several flavored pods. Backyard with fire pit and chairs makes sitting outside nice. A few blocks from the "b-line" walking/biking trail, which leads to other parks/restaurants. Walking distance to several good restaurants. Small part across the street.

This place was great for a weekend stay! The house was very clean and spacious. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Heather's place provided the perfect location for our annual (a bit delayed this year) Mother's Day getaway. The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. We enjoyed spending our mornings drinking coffee on the peaceful back patio, and the kitchen worked well for the four meals we made there. We love Bloomington as there is always something to do, and overall we had a wonderful experience!

We had the pleasure of staying here for our wedding weekend and it was gorgeous! Our photographer even said her job was 10x easier with all the natural light and beauty. Bryant was super responsive and left all sorts of cozy amenities, making it an extra special weekend. Hope to come back soon!

My husband, adult daughter, and I stayed at Mary Claire’s house Friday night through Sunday this weekend (June 13 - 15, 2025) while moving our 22 year old son to Bloomington. We loved the house. It had everything we needed, including coffee for the mornings. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary supplies. My husband said several times “this house is so cute.” The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I was looking for a place that I could park a fully filled U-Haul at on Friday night and not worry about it getting stolen (which I have read is a big problem at hotels). The driveway fit the 15 foot U-Haul and mine and my daughter’s two mid-size SUV’s. The driveway was very private, with a small out building in the back, house on the left, and a shrub line along the right. Once our cars were parked, we couldn’t even see the U-Haul when It was dark. The house is very convenient to many restaurants.

Brandon excels as a host - couldn’t wish for a better one! This listing became “my second home” this past year. Work brought me to Bloomington once a month and this was my place of choice to stay while here. Highly recommend Brandon and this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This place was nice and super clean. It felt like a home .I recently had the pleasure of staying and I am thoroughly impressed. The property is well-maintained, offering modern amenities, a clean and comfortable living space, and excellent security measures. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a quality .

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Loved my peaceful, relaxing stay at Leila’s treetop hideaway! From the quiet of the day to the visits from deer at dusk to the bright twinkle of stars at night, the comfort of the updated rooms welcomed and soothed my soul. There are also lots of opportunities for exploring, hiking, and enjoying the lake close by. Even with extreme heat outside, I was comfortable inside with the AC units and ceiling fans. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Perfectly outfitted, it felt like it was tailored just for me while my son attended a nearby camp. The nearby restaurant was a lifesaver, making meals effortless, and the space was a true gift for resting and relaxing after busy days. Bonus: the TVs were so easy to figure out, adding to the seamless comfort and enough coffee to get me through the weekend. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location for a weekend in Bloomington. Condo was clean and perfect for our family. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive during our stay. We wish we knew about this place sooner. Would book again.
