Monthly Rentals in Monostorpályi

This is my second time staying in László's apartment, and I choose it because it is very well located, very comfortable and spacious. I stayed for almost three weeks and felt right at home. It was winter and the heating worked wonders. As I said before, it is close to the University - the main building can be seen at the end of the avenue-, close to the Malompark, and with means of transport at the door or in the parallel avenues, although you can walk perfectly to the center! The whole apartment is extremely clean, the linens and new towels, and László is always attentive to any enquiries. Definitely recommend!

Amazing location right in the center. Very close to a tram stop so the public transport was quick and easy. Surrounded by nice restaurants and right by the shopping mall.

Above expectations! Super at the amenity, ambient, good soundproofing, enormous balcony, interesting panorama, easy access, parking place provided and close, grocery store on the ground floor, mol nearby. I expect to come back, very good price/quality ratio. Hats off!

Very nice and clean apartment in very good location. Close to the city park and not far away from city Center. There was no problem with parking nearby the apartment. Host was very helpful and the was good communication with him. I can recommand it for all ( short and longer stays).
