Great location, walkable to shopping and lots of restaurants/bars. Randolph was quick to respond when we had questions. Communication was great. The house has everything we needed, beach chairs, towels. etc. I would highly recommend and plan to rent again.

Bright and Sunny Beach House

Denise is an excellent host, and her beach home is adorable. She provides everything you need: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, fully-stocked kitchen. The deck is amazing, and the solar lights were so pretty at night. We had bad weather, so we only went to the beach once, but it was a short walk and the beach club w/passes are a great perk. Close to many restaurants, stores, and parks and plenty of parking. My only complaint is that this really isn't a 2-bedroom. It's 1-bedroom with 3 beds that has a movable room divider. This was fine for me, my husband, and daughter, but would not work if you need the privacy of 2 real bedrooms. Also, just a personal taste thing--there are too many decorations/little things on all the surfaces. Even so, highly recommend.
