Monthly Rentals in Monkey River Town

We had a great stay in Placencia! The accommodation was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants. We also really appreciated the thoughtful snacks that were provided for us to try. Candace was very attentive and always full of helpful recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again!

Lovely place to stay- right in the village of Placencia so easy to walk to everything. Enjoyed the pool as well as the large screened in porch. The rentals was perfect had everything I needed. Would recommend and hope to stay agin

We had a delightful stay! Location is perfect. Waterfront with a lovely deck, palm trees for some shade. Lovely beach and shops/restaurants very close by. Candace, the on site manager, was very helpful with local tips and recommendations! Lived it!!

Chris was super responsive and helpful. We had fun chatting with him throughout our stay, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. The nuthouse cabins are the perfect amount of space for two people traveling together, and the pool was an added treat to escape the heat. Just a short walk from many shops and restaurants, would definitely stay with Chris and Brandie again!
