Apartment holiday rentals in Monforte de Lemos

I just stayed one night with Eva as I was passing through the area but it was a lovely place! I enjoyed having garden access and the dogs next door were a treat.

Dani is a very welcoming, responsive host with good advice to eat and drink nearby but also in other cities that we were going to visit afterwards. Her apartment is nicely decorated, well-equipped and functional, you feel at home. The terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city is a beautiful asset where it is very pleasant to have breakfast or dinner. A little extra, it is possible to park easily and free of charge 5min walk from the accommodation. The only downside is the late noise due to the small bar at the bottom of the building, but you have to know how to choose between nighttime tranquility and proximity to living spaces! Thank you Dani for a pleasant stay!!

The location of this apartment is perfect, three minutes away from the train and bus stations. Also 5 minutes away from the promenade along the river, and a short walk away from the old town and shops. The apartment is new, well decorated and has everything you’d need for a longer stay, a very well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and sofa a big screen tv. And btw, the sofa is not black as it looks on the photo, it’s dark chocolate brown. I really enjoyed my stay and really recommend it.

A quiet place, the apartment is very clean, comfortable and with everything you need to feel good, and the personal attention is very good, recommended if you go to the area.

Candela's place is exactly as described. it is well equipped and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace, river view. In addition, it is close to a pedestrian street where there are restaurants, bars and shops, which is very nice. We were very well received and had a lot of information about the Ribeira Sacra including: bodegas tours, wine festivals, restaurant addresses with excellent Galician cuisine, boat rides on the Sil River, recommended museums in Monforte de Lemos (Parador, Escolapios or Arte Sacro en las Clarisas) and the Pazo de Arxeriz eco-museum, beautifully located that I highly recommend (eating next door if possible, at the posada Torre Vilariño, the first rural casa in Galicia). We took advantage of all this as time didn't allow us to hike. We will go back to do them because the landscapes are beautiful and the people are adorable.

Estefanía is a very good host, very friendly and helpful. The space is extremely beautifully designed, very individual and with many loving great details. Surroundings are just as beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

It was a very nice quiet place to start a goal like the Camino de Santiago. Everything was perfect, clean, and she was always on top of everything. 100% recommended, we had a great time, we even cooked. Thanks for that experience :)

One of the best Airbnb flats we've ever stayed in! It’s beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and features a huge wall-sized window with a breathtaking view. The flat isn’t very big, but it felt more spacious than we expected, which made us very happy. We were especially excited about the dryer, which made doing laundry so easy and quick. The location is magnificent - right on the famous pilgrim path. A special thanks to our host, Maria Dolores, who was incredibly welcoming and responsive, suggesting many activities in the area. All in all, this is an extremely cozy and comfortable place. Highly recommended!

Candy's apartment is gorgeous! Very large and with a very nice design that makes you feel right at home. We traveled with camper and were able to park easily on the back street. Lovely views from the balcony. Good communication with Candy - thanks for the local recommendations! Isabel

Very cozy and different house, we felt from the 1 minute very comfortable, the porch was very enjoyed by the whole family. Good location,you're walking everywhere. We would definitely repeat.

From the host, very well, he was very attentive to our needs and recommended local restaurants, the accommodation is also very clean. But the page itself has a lot of things to improve, like including fees and cleaning service in the starting price. Not when you're going to pay, you'll need to pay €100 more than you thought.

A 10-star accommodation. Rosa is charming, very attentive to everything and the apartment is spectacular! We felt right at home, very comfortable and full of nice touches, like a bed for the girl with stories and stuffed animals. The area is a 10, right in the center. Highly recommended!!

Loved staying here. The bed is very comfortable and there is no noise noise. Although it was very hot, the house was cool and it was nice to be in it. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly. I definitely recommend it, if you want to be in a quiet place a few minutes from Santiago

The apartment is perfect, with living room, two bathrooms and a great terrace for eating out. The great area as it is in the center and still there is plenty of parking

It was a lovely place to stay. Lots of small, thoughtful things that were so welcoming - a little basket of chocolates by the bed, two cold beers and glasses in the fridge, bathsalt cubes, a whole unopened pack of English tea bags! The on-site parking was really great. The centre of Lugo was easily walkable. We had a great stay. Thank you Galo and your co-hosts for making us feel so at home.
